Miss Bean's day at Weeki Wachee!

We wanted to do something special for Miss Bean and her big brother for their birthdays. Although their birthdates are not the same, they are close enough that when we were blessed to have them for ten days, we knew we wanted to make the most of it! We didn't want to spend a fortune, but wanted to give the little darlings a memorable time.
Knowing that our little Jaley Bean would not be able to handle a full day at a large amusement park, we decided on a fairly local attraction that we hadn't been to yet. So, Weeki Wachee Springs State Park it was!
We feel like for the money, Weeki Wachee is definitely on our list of places to revisit! The park is clean and well kept, and just the right size for our little Bean who just turned three. They also offer three water slides that take you into the spring itself.

Miss Bean didn't meet the height requirements to come down the slides, but she watched daddy and big brother as they came down the double slide.

Patiently waiting for the boat ride.

"Look, here it comes!"

Miss Bean, enjoyed the boat ride, especially when all the passengers sang happy birthday to her!

I didn't think to record that, darn it!

The water was crystal clear!

And we seen lots of fish.

Per Miss Bean's demand, hmm-hmm, I mean request - we are going to see the mermaid show.
